Sotetsu Fresa Inn Shimbashi-Karasumoriguchi - Tokyo

The room was cozy, but the pillows were super uncomfortable.

nice overall experience. perfect nice budget place with great location right by shimbashi station which is a big interchange, local parks and underground shimbashi. tidy and new-fashioned rooms, awesome views over the skyline of tokyo. early check-in and excellent service. free wi-fi provided in the hotel.

Horrible staff!

It was a modern place, had super-friendly and very welcoming staff with all services you need. The location in an amazing area was marvellous and there were a market and a bakery nearby.

The amenities were excellent, ranging from free toiletries like a bath sponge and hair mask to a hair dryer and curl-flat iron for convenience. The check-in process included machines with multi-language options, made everything easy. The location near the Shimbashi station was fantastic, offering quick access to public transport and nearby restaurants. The room felt cramped was nice. I faced some initial issues with the room assignment, as we were placed in a smoking room despite requesting non-smoking. The staff initially tried to charge for an upgrade but resolved the situation without cost. A third day cleaning policy was mandatory, and while I accepted it, it resulted in my towel disappearing during cleaning.

It is a perfect and modern hotel with lovely view over the skyline of Tokyo. The location is very central. Access to a metro station, which is near the property.

Well-organised room with blinds, blackout drapes, and a storage space; and with classic decor. Great views out over the tower. Great choice for trip🙂

The mattress was oddly sloped. I also found the cleaning crew intrusive. They disrupted my belongings, and I had a towel taken during the mandatory cleaning. The noise from the hallway was bothersome at times.

Space was a challenge. It's ideal for solo travelers, but opening luggage could be tricky for anyone with more than one piece. Staff interactions were hit or miss, with one employee's tone felt unnecessarily sharp, impacting the overall experience.

The location was fantastic. It was close to numerous nightlife options and just two stops from the airport. I appreciated the convenience store right below the hotel for late-night snacks. The self-serve amenities made things easy, allowing me to quickly grab what I needed without hassle.

Stayed at sotetsu fresa inn for 3 nights and loved the location near shinbashi station. The 2nd floor restaurant had a satisfying american menu, and the complimentary amenities like bath powder and cleansing oil were great additions. The self-serve options made everything so convenient, too!

i'd suggest improving the check-in staff's customer service tone.

I loved the cozy room with an amazing Tokyo Tower view and the clean facilities. Just wish the breakfast had a takeaway option! Would stay again.

An very nice experience! The room, though small, had a fantastic view of Tokyo Tower. The self-serve amenities made everything so convenient. Close to public transport and bustling eateries!

The location was fantastic, being just a short walk from the busy area. The breakfast next door was a nice perk, and the staff kept my luggage after checkout, so helpful for our last-minute shopping!
